We have a Three-Prong approach to Mentoring & Motivating our workers
We mentor employees by working with individuals and small teams to sense what motivates them and what is troubling them (if anything). We then use this knowledge to help workers improve their workplace.
The second approach is to motivate workers through recognition and reward programs which run for the full program duration.
Our third approach is to try and generate pride in people and in their workplace through mini workshops and group activities that are designed to generate better teamwork.
Our approach to training
Our approach to training is comprehensive, we know that it is difficult to train adults, so we approach training in a way that speaks to our audience. We do this by catering for all the demographics of your workers. One of our trainers is a young tradesman who upskilled, and we find that young people relate well to him.
Our iCARE Programme
Our iCARE program comprehensively covers housekeeping which include Ergonomics and Workplace Organisation. By covering these topics workers get a good understanding of what housekeeping truly is and have several tools they can take back to the workplace to use to develop and maintain their workplace to the highest standard.
